One of the things I am going to miss the most when we move from this area is my all-time favorite field. For the three years we have lived here, I have adored admiring its beauty year-round. The fall is my favorite time to schedule photo sessions here, as the grass and weeds grow so tall and turn a perfect shade of gold that catches the light beautifully. Although I rarely venture out into it in the winter, it is beautiful covered in snow. The pond behind it turns to ice and the weeds transform into gorgeous icicles reaching up from the ground.
My family headed out yesterday to scout out some locations for some upcoming photo sessions and were pleasantly greeted with a friendly field of daisies. The girls loved running through the tall grass and picking the flowers. They were not as fond of Momma trying to grab their picture, hence no photos of them looking or posing for me :)
