I have exciting and bittersweet news to share. Our family will be moving to TEXAS in just three months! As my husband nears the end of his service, we are looking forward to what lies ahead. We are giddy to be able to relocate near family again–for too long have we been the estranged aunt and uncle to our nieces and nephews, and our little girls will finally get the chance to know their sweet cousins and grandparents. We are a little terrified, too. With this move we will be starting over…leaving the world in which we both went to school and got two degrees for and starting over clean. I plan to build off of what I am doing currently: spending time with my girls, sewing for my little shop and becoming a child photographer in McKinney TX. Picking up and moving every 3 years has been brutal, and we are so very excited to finally be setting some roots!
While we have been in a perpetual state of feeling frozen or slightly thawed while we have lived here, we will still miss many things about this area…the lovely clients I have had the pleasure of working with, and so many of the locations that I have absolutely fallen in love with. In an effort to simplify, I will be focusing on doing primarily outdoor photo sessions for the remainder of the spring and summer, as well as in-home newborn and family sessions. June and July are already shaping up to be quite hectic, so there are only a very few spots remaining. Please get in touch if you are interested in booking a session between now and August! And if you live in the Dallas area by any chance, please look me up come September! :)
